Shopify Flow uses triggers (events like `order created` or `inventory low`), conditions (product tag, customer segment, order total) and actions (tag customer, hold order, send email, call HTTP endpoint) to automate operational workflows without code. Flow is included on Shopify and above. It's ideal for tag-based routing, fraud holds, VIP tagging and inventory alerts; it is not a scheduler for price changes.
