Privacy Policy – Shopify

Shopify ("the app") is a Shopify application operated by ABAR SERVICE SRL (company details: see the imprint at abarservice.eu). The app helps merchants edit Shopify products in bulk, with previews, safety limits and an undo feature.
1. What data we process
When you install the app, we receive your shop domain and an API access token issued by Shopify. To provide the service, the app reads and writes product data from your store: titles, descriptions, prices, compare-at prices, tags, status, vendor, product type and tax settings.
To enable the undo feature, the app stores snapshots of the product values you change (the previous and the new value), together with your shop domain and a timestamp.
We do not collect, store or process any personal data of your customers (shoppers). The app never requests access to customer, order or payment data.
2. Where data is stored
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
3. How long data is kept
Snapshots remain stored so that you can undo past bulk edits. Uninstalling the app automatically deletes all stored data for your shop, including all snapshots and access tokens.
4. GDPR compliance
The app implements our mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Since the app stores no customer personal data, data requests result in an empty response; shop redaction requests trigger the complete deletion of all data related to the shop.
5. Billing
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Shopify through your regular Shopify invoice. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Shopify („die App") ist eine Shopify-Anwendung der ABAR SERVICE SRL (Firmendaten: siehe Impressum auf abarservice.eu). Die App unterstützt Händler dabei, Shopify-Produkte in Masse zu bearbeiten – mit Vorschau, Sicherheitslimits und Rückgängig-Funktion.
1. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Bei der Installation erhalten wir Ihre Shop-Domain und ein von Shopify ausgestelltes API-Zugriffstoken. Zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes liest und schreibt die App Produktdaten Ihres Shops: Titel, Beschreibungen, Preise, Streichpreise, Tags, Status, Hersteller, Produkttyp und Steuereinstellungen.
Für die Rückgängig-Funktion speichert die App Snapshots der von Ihnen geänderten Produktwerte (alter und neuer Wert) zusammen mit Ihrer Shop-Domain und einem Zeitstempel.
Wir erheben, speichern oder verarbeiten keine personenbezogenen Daten Ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden. Die App fordert zu keinem Zeitpunkt Zugriff auf Kunden-, Bestell- oder Zahlungsdaten an.
2. Wo Daten gespeichert werden
Alle Daten werden auf Servern in der Europäischen Union gespeichert (Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland).
3. Speicherdauer
Snapshots bleiben gespeichert, damit Sie vergangene Massenänderungen rückgängig machen können. Mit der Deinstallation der App werden alle gespeicherten Daten Ihres Shops automatisch gelöscht, einschließlich aller Snapshots und Zugriffstokens.
5. DSGVO
Die App implementiert Shopifys verpflichtende Datenschutz-Webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Da keine Kundendaten gespeichert werden, führen Auskunftsanfragen zu einer leeren Antwort; Löschanfragen des Shops lösen die vollständige Löschung aller shopbezogenen Daten aus.
5. Abrechnung
Abonnements werden vollständig durch Shopify über Ihre reguläre Shopify-Rechnung abgewickelt. Wir erhalten und speichern keine Zahlungsinformationen.
