Active, draft or archived — controls visibility.
Product status has three values. `Active` products can be sold on any channel they are available on. `Draft` products are hidden everywhere and useful for staging changes and prelaunch preparation. `Archived` products are removed from all channels but keep their history — order records, analytics and reports remain intact. Archiving is the correct way to retire a product; deleting it destroys historical data and breaks legacy links.
